FAQ

  • CAN I JUST GET A LOGO DESIGN ?

I firmly believe a brand’s visual identity and strategy extends way beyond just a logo. A logo alone simply isn’t enough to capture your brand’s full story. I want to make sure all of my clients are set up for success, and for that reason, I do not provide logo design services alone

  • DO YOU OFFER PAYEMENT PLANS ?

I understand that creating well-designed branding for your business is a significant investment. That’s why I’m delighted to offer flexible multi-month payment plans. My goal is to make my services accessible and tailored to your needs, allowing you to benefit from quality branding without compromising your budget.

  • WHAT’S THE TIMELINE? CAN WE RUSH A PROJECT ?

It depends! Several factors affect the project timeline, including your preparedness, response time, and the scope of your project. A rushed timeline may mean fewer deliverables and limited feedback, but we can work together to determine a timeline that makes sense for you.

  • HOW DO YOU SHARE CONCEPTS WITH ME?

Once I have designed your initial concepts, I will put together an in-depth document outlining my design decisions and giving detailed explanations of your options. This document will include 2-4 full logo suites, as well as colour palette options and typography. From here we discuss your feedback over email.

  • WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Provide details about the target market, any market research completed, desired outcomes, your competition, and provide crucial technical information. You could also provide examples of designs and colours you like or dislike. The budget, deadlines and rounds of amends included should also be agreed.

  • WHAT DESIGN SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

I have been working as a professional graphic designer since 2020, and I have experience using the following Adobe Creative Suite software – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat. I also have about 3 years of experience using Wix, Squarespace (preferred), Weebly, WordPress and Showit.
